I’ve been to see Sue again just after Christmas. I have totally taken over the booking for rooms from Sue because she is really swamped with work and no staff. And now Ben has gone and she is without a receptionist.
There are still a few rooms left but closer to the time if rooms are needed there are a few of you who have generously offered to share. But do not be concerned. I am aware of your preferences and for those of you who didn’t give a preference to a room mate, I wouldn’t just pop someone in your room … I would make sure it’s okay first.
I most sincerely thank all of you for booking so early. You have made my life much easier on this. You KeoghConians are great. And by doing so we have the entire hotel to ourselves … and you know how great that will be.
Another important note is … I reserve the right to switch rooms around in order to accommodate any KC Guests, or accommodating room sharing, etc. If you previously received a confirmation from the hotel before I took over the booking process and it has a room number on it … it may not be the correct room. But not to worry. Closer to the con when all the rooms have been finalized and everyone has been accommodated, you’ll receive a post from me with your correct room number. (Keep in mind that this will only happen in a few cases.)
