anyone got any thoughts on these?
i know that it was only announced today in the news. But im intrigued to know what you guys think of these... baring aside that brians only dropped a few hints.
im certainly wondering how the time periods that were covered by the 2 lost years books could be
a) expanded on
b) explained further
please respond with comments..

I'm all for the novelettes!!! I personally can not wait. I feel there are plenty of story lines available throughout the entire 13 book series.
I have ever deferred to "The Master's" decisions and thoughts in regards to extenting teh series but as I said above..... I'm glad there is now going to be more of it! :D

It couldn't get better then more Necroscope writings, not that I don't look forward to everything he writes, but the Necroscope saga will always have a place in my heart. :D

I don't really know what to say here.
Most of the side stories that I have speculated could be written aren't during "The Lost Years" time period. But I'm Nathan, not Brian. It seems he's always surprising me with the directions he goes with the Necroscope trilogies. (Not that there's anything wrong with that!! :D )
As he said in his column though, I'm expecting some sort of story within the story that doesn't really have a whole lot of bearing on the overall outcome but might tie up some dangling threads that were kinda left to shoot off into the time stream.
Whatever he has come up with, I'm quite sure it will make us all very happy! smile.gif
I'm wondering more about what these novellettes are leading up to that he hinted at!
Retired! HA! Do writers ever really retire?
