Hello, I'm new around here, although I have been into Brian Lumley since the end of the 80's! I remember looking for a new horror writer after getting bored of Shaun Hutson's drivel, and the covers of the original Necroscope books seemed to draw me to them. A portion of Necroscope IV was printed in a magazine and that clinched it for me. I rushed out and bought all the Necroscope I could find.

I've just put down Necroscope: Avengers after saving it up for a while and I can't believe it's all over! I read about Necroscope: The Touch, although I'm puzzled as to how Brian's going to 'wedge' this one in. I mean, Harry died in a nuclear inferno, so what's with the mention of Necroscope in the title?

Anyway, just to say that no other writer has ever hooked me like Brian does, not even James Herbert! ;)

I'm sure, drterror, that Brian will do it and do it well. Also, remember that Harry wasn't the only necroscope. There was The Dweller, Nathan and Jake as well.
Can't wait till I can get my grubby little mitts on The Touch.

I can't wait to see how Brian does it either.

I ain't worried about the aliens... Brian always does well with aliens... just look at the Wamphyri! They didn't fly here in a space ship, but they seemed alien enough to me!

I bet he's got some pretty good space aliens up his sleeve... if that's even where they're from!

I do wonder who the necroscope will be though. A new one? Jake? Nathan? The Dweller?! Harry?!?!

Is it a new one? Do we know?

I don't think it will be Nathan. I thought it was to be based somewhere between Source and Vampire World? I hope it's The Dweller.

Well, a Starside wolf has been hinted at, but who knows what else. I suppose I'll just have to wait and see.

Harry aparently has a cameo, but as he's dead at the point in time that the books are set I'm presuming it's his ghost once again that pops up...
