Hello fellow Necronuts. I read my first necroscope book about 5 or 6 years ago and have been absolutely in love with the whole series since then. But alas, in my gloomy little town it seems I am about the only one who even knows necroscope exists and so I have had no one to share my joy with. After having a quick look around here it seems all that is about to change. I look forward to discussing all things scarlet.

Hi Elior, click on the messageboard link at the top of this page and click I Agree (if you do)to abide by the rules, it's the best $10 you will likley to spend for a long time.

Thanks Kenny, but I think i've got it worked out now. just sent a money order yesterday for a t-shirt and elite membership. So providing I did everything right I should be an elite Lumlian within 10 days or so...

Yep, utterly clueless sums up my net knowledge perfectly Dave. Slowly getting there, though i'd probably learn more about the 'wide world web' if I didn't spend my entire time in this site. But I can't help it, I think i'm addicted!

Hi Elior mate...I told you you would !!! I must watch it again soon it's years since I've seen it. I've been up to my eyes in work and sorting out my books since I got back from Keoghcon so haven't been on as much recently but I'll try to pop in more often. Hows thing down under? Do you get many Lumley books down there very easily?

Funny you should ask that John. I just got off the phone not 10 minutes ago to my local book shop. I'm trying to complete my necroscope collection (I need the vamp world tril and the 2nd lost years(had to borrow them when I read them)) Any way just found out that not only are they are out of print, but they lost my records and now I have to prove I put a fifty dollar deposit down. GRRRRR! I guess I'll have to find them on Ebay, but I really want my own brand new shiny copies. On top of that, the only other Lumley book I have found here is coven of vampires, which I naturally bought as soon as I saw it.
As much as I love my great southern land, it sometimes really sucks living in Australia. If its not American or mainstream, it seems we don't bother with it.

Was checking your profile Hubris. I see you love metal and are a drummer. I love metal and play bass. Tell me, have you ever heard the band Macarbre? most metal fans I ask haven't, and there one of the best (in my opinion anyway).
If the answers no, do yourself a favour man, check em out.

I just heard mastadon (leviathan)for the first time about a week ago. I actually wasn't expecting much but was very happy with it. For Macabre, check out www.murdermetal.com. (http://www.murdermetal.com.) Don't worry about the minstrels stuff too much, its sort a side project of theirs, all acoustic. Check out the song Diary of Torture, good indication of what your in for. And dude, just order something of theirs, seriously, you won't regret it. Sinister Slaughter is a good start but anything of theirs is great.
