I am newly bitten and just finding my way around this site. I have read Mr Lumley for years. I found the "Source" one day, read it non-stop and then went crazy to find the preceeding two books. I have been reading all of the books and then passing them along to my husband and then our youngest son. (I get them first! Greedy I am!) Great conversation as we discuss the book's characters. Sometimes that gets us looked at as "AX MURDERS". So forgive please any mistake I might make at first while I get the feel of things. By the way, the Graemlins are great! Best I've ever seen!

Cobalt79, welcome to the dungeon!! Am fairly new myself but have been negotiating my way round the site for the last couple of months when possible. Long Island, eh? Cool! Not been there - YET, but I know Portsmouth NH (not bad for a Brit) tongue.gif . You have a long journey ahead of you if you've yet to read all of Brian's books, but it's part of the thrill and you WILL enjoy, believe me. tongue.gif Just wish there was more time to get to know one and all. Shocking moments? When Nathan destroys Nestor out of pity :( . Damn, no need for that. Should've had him waste away with leprosy - SLOWLY. :mad:

Thanks for the welcome! I HAVE read all of the books in the Necroscope series as well as the House of Doors group and a few others. I just love the way Mr. Lumley can draw me right in in just a few paragraphs. I'm anxiously awaiting "The Touch" to ship. More Necroscope and a "bit" of Harry...........joy!
I'll try to make it to the signing in New York in April, just need to wrangle the day off. It would be sooooooooooooooo good to meet him! All, be well!
