Hi! I'm Amarfa. I was a member a long time ago, before there had to be a paid membership. I'm just now returning to the horror I love so much, just in time to realize I can't sign up for the Con this year! :( I've always wanted to go, but *sigh* I live in the States and while I work in a hotel, the airfare alone would suck my savings dry... tongue.gif But eventually Shadoe will get my blood..er...money, and i shall perforce be an elite member and able to post my picture up on the wall and make a proper introduction. grin.gif

I already know he'll be at horrofind, and I still probably won't be able to go :( I just snagged a new job at the beginning of the month ( at a hotel...) and i want to really establish myself before i start asking for time off...Thanks for the welcome! Thanks for the warm welcome. Yep. Planning to stick around, it's good to chat to fellow Lumley fans, especially of the Necroscope novels, I always get funny looks from workmates when I keep bringing in one Necroscope book after another for sneaky work-time reading!, nice to know that my obsession is actually quite normal because Brian is just THAT good an author!!
