Hope the color scheme doesn't upset anyone. I just felt it needed to be done. In a small way hopefully it can make the memory of the day a little brighter.
Things will be back to normal tomorrow.... unless you guys really like this scheme. ;)

Hey
just a thought to remember everyone, i can't even begin to say how much it hurts and i didn't know anyone, so i can't imagine what its like for people who knew someone there.......
the colors are nice, a nice thought Shadoe
God, its been a year........
lets hope that people can be strong enough to move on and live in remembrance of the poor souls and try to make the world a better place

Very nice, Shadoe. The banner at the top of the page is especially cool.
On an ABC special I saw last night, there were four brothers, all firemen, who were talking about that day and how they were all separated for most of the morning, searching for each other and their fifth brother...as well as their "house brothers".
The fifth was the only true brother lost.
Their only advice for everyone on this day was simply to tell your brother, sister, mother, father, or whoever, while looking straight into their eyes, that you love them.
It was pretty touching...not to mention sad. :( So I'm gonna call my brothers this afternoon.

A very fitting colour scheme, for a very special day that I doubt any of us will ever forget, a sad day in a dark world.
My thoughts go out to anyone who lost someone a year ago.

Though darkness called and claimed too many,
Humanity rose up and regained hope.

A year?
Sheisse, it sure doesn't feel like it. I still remember watching the news right when the second tower went down, and thinking, "This cannot really be happening, not in my very own country, not now, not possible."
Appreciate the colors Shad...
We will never forget.
