I tried too and got the same message. I'm an administrator and couldn't delete it!

I went into the control panel then and changed the title to take care of the problem. Here was the problem: Never, I repeat never, use arrow symbols in a subject line. the script interprets that as trying to run html code through the subject line which cannot be done, i.e. 'hacking the system.'

Actually I'm surprised you could even post it. Anyway, I got rid of Mr. Whiskers in the subject line and edited your pic for you.

And from what I can tell, you will never be able to post a pic from your webspace. they just have some sort of firewall almost keeping it from being seen elsewhere. No big deal, just let me know when you want to post something...
