Board and site successfully moved...

Well, everything seemed to go fairly smooth, considering we moved over 100 megs of data in a short period of time.

The site should be back to working conditions as I have put all of the file and folder permissions back to what they were on the old server. I have checked the Gustbook and the poll scripts, and they seem to be in working order, as does the MessageBoard now.

If anyone has any trouble with any part of the site - just mail me at shadoe@brianlumley.com with as much detail of the problem as you can give and we'll try to get it fixed ASAP.

Thanks again for everyone waiting through the downtime and now we should be good to go!! :D

I just got off the phone with the hosting company and we are resolving a few little problems that need tweaked for everything to be back to normal. You might not even notice the issues as some are purely technical, but I just wanted to give you a heads up. By the weekend everything shouldbe back to normal - or as normal as it gets here. :D

UPDATE:

Sorry for the Board not being available - everything was running fine but when the hosting company fixed a couple of small problems on the server - the file permissions for the Board were reset, hence the software error message everyone was getting.

Sorry for the trouble and hopefully everything is back to normal now. smile.gif
