My cousin made me go on a day of "chick flicks", and so I saw these two...
Sweet Home Alabama... it was alright although I saw the ending coming a MILE away, hell, I knew it before I even got to the theater...
Banger Sisters; well, considering it had two award winning actresses in it I gotta say it could've been better, the ending was a bit unbelieveable to me, but parts were amusing.
Well, if anyone liked these please speak up, I'm not saying it was a total waste of my time and money to see them, but I guess I am not a girlie movie person!

As the husband of a chick who loves chick-flicks and forces them on said unwilling husband, I can say with authority that...well, that I feel your pain. :D Beyond that, I don't know about these two particular movies.
The most recent chick-flick I saw was a comedy called "The Sweetest Thing." Fortunately, here is one in which the chicks (Cameron Diaz and Christina Applegate) are half naked throughout the majority of the film.
That made it bearable. :D

I am in that unfortunate boat as well... a few years back she (my GF) made me go and see Hope Floats, which was a complete pile of srteaming turd... it was so bad that we both left the cinema before the end smile.gif she (my gf) wasn't allowed to choose cinema films for a while smile.gif
I did see what you might call a chick flick the other week, The importance of being Earnest, which was in my opinion pretty nice, as dodgy films for chicks and old people go... I was oringially bought on the fact that Reece Witherspoon (not of the pub chain fame) was in it, so I might see the alabama thing... I might not have a choice saying that.
I now always refuse going to see what might be termed a chick flick with Sandra Bullocks in it.

Being a total non chick-flick chick, I can't help ya there JB! I'm proud that I've never seen any films with Meg Ryan, Sandra B*llock or Patrick Swayze in!
