Definative DVD

Virgin have just started a new offer on there Definative DVDs... Just wondered if you had to choose just ONE DVD from your collection which one would it be (not necessary just for the film but the extras,packaging etc)...

Mine would be THE ALIEN QUADRILOGY - there just so much quality stuff to watch....

Throne of Blood or Seven Samurai by Kurosawa for me. No extras to speak of, but I never get bored of the films. If I had to choose one, Throne of Blood would be the winner, only because it's the darker of the two films, and I like dark. Ultimately I get DVDs for the films not for the extras, although they are nice to have.

You're forgetting Yojumbo - I know I'm probably alone in this but a much better film than MacBeth or The Magnificent Seven...

As for Definitive DVD in my collection... Batman Returns, arguably one of the few 'perfect' films out there.
