Jurassic Park IV

When Tops mentioned the sequel in another thread (http://www.brianlumley.com/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=16;t=000266) I must admit I was a little incredulous but (according to google) it's being made!

I loved Jurassic park I thought although it was a bit Hollywood storywise, visually it was amazing.
Now I hated 2 and 3 and thought they were awful exploitive re-hashes, especially 3 which seemed 20 minutes long.

But JP4 sounds like the greatest most over the top fantastic M****R F*****G movie of all time.

My god I hope they make this, how cool would that be...

I thought JP3 was pants - big stained ones.

I liked JP1 though and would watch number 4 if it happened.

this is obviously one of those things where I should have posted in the "good films gone bad, but I like 'em" thread, or "I am not ashamed to like rubbish films". I still rate number 3 over 1... and I thought 2 was better that 1... my only misgiving with regards to the third, is the raptors, now they were stooooooooopid, a bit like gremlins, which were cool in their own way...

2 was like a remake of king kong but with a T-Rex instead of Kong, and LA instead of NYC, but the same story nonetheless.

I'll be changing my revew of Underworlds to include "was pants - big stained ones", that was funny.

Number 2's my favourite, although always thought the first was really good..... the next one sounds fun!!
