How come it's not showing Wamphyri on the level of Tops or Pote? Though a few of the others do.

It only shows 'Wamphyri' in the forums those people moderate. If their name's not at the top of the page, it shows 'Senior Lieutenant'.

But their powers are still there. :D (well, not all of them)
