Old Friends...

Isn't it bizarre how people just vanish from your memory, even people who you were really good friends with years ago... do any of you guys get this or is it just my shocking memory?

Just recently was it pointed out to me that a current Big Brother (UK) contestant was a good friend of mine when I was about 14, and I hadn't even recognised him, until my brother mentioned his full name.

i get that all the time, even in the present day, people i know, i see alot, can never remember who they are or where i saw them and its mainly in the restaurant!

That is too weird.

I ran into a friend of mine from third and fourth grade a few months ago...at a mutual friend of a mutual friend's party, of all places.

It was strange because the friend of my friend (who I only barely knew) started to introduce us and it finally clicked at that moment who he was. I'd just been staring at him trying to figure out who he was. And I'm talkin' best friend here. Recess, tether ball, chasin' girls and such. Then I moved to the other side of town. Now, twenty some years later...

It was cool.
