Personally, I love Amazon. Just make sure you get to them from one of the links on the site. heh heh smile.gif It keeps this place getting better and better. :D
Seriously, I have never had a problem with them, but I have heard from others who have. I think it all depends on who handles your transaction. like any company, there are good employees and bad employees, but overall - I think they are solid.

How ya doin, JB_******_69? :D
Amazon has only screwed up once in around thirty purchases of mine.
They made me extremely happy with their recovery on it. smile.gif I'll continue to use them in the future. smile.gif

I prefer www.barnesandnoble.com (http://www.barnesandnoble.com) to www.amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com)
But for out of print books... www.alibris.com (http://www.alibris.com) rocks. :D

I recently ordered a Siouxsie and the Banshees video from Amazon, and ended up with a Frank Skinner video... I wasn't impressed when I phoned up to complain and was told that I ought to keep it anyway cos 'he's really funny'. When I replied that I thought he was as funny as diarrhoea, I was given a speedy apology and the video I originally wanted turned up in 2 days!
So, they screw up sometimes but are usually pretty good at fixing it, IMHO. Everything else I've ordered from there has been ok.

I do like Amazon and normally they're really good, but they sent me an email this morning telling me that the HB copy of Necroscope Avengers that I ordered a month and a half ago is now unavailable damnit!!!
Apart from that they're pretty damn good ;)

Hahahah How in the hell do you get from Siouxsie Sioux to Frank Skinner? :D
Actually Goth, it's a shame you sent it back. I ordered a David Baddiel video and amazon sent me a "Sisters of Mercy" CD.
We could have done a swap. LOL
