But probably won't :(
A "what if" book. What if Harry had of stayed in our world and let his leech take full control. That'd be a potent book.

It could be one of those alternate universe things, where those that are good here are bad there.

What if Yullian had got to Harry Jnr, no dweller, no victory at the garden and therfore no one would have had to flee to the Icelands etcetera. The possibilities are endless.

More importantly, just WHERE would those darts have ended up? Because no matter what, he would have died sometime/place/when or other!! There's another thing to think about

I'm sure someone mentioned this elsewhere(but I can't find the thread), but I'd also like Brian to write a novel(or two) solely about the Dweller and his experiences after escaping from Julian Bodescu. Being the most powerful Necroscope, we know very little about him, and there is so much untapped history for us to discover. I realise that Brian has stated that the Touch would be his last Necroscope, but I hope he can be persuaded otherwise.

A story about the dweller would be an awesome book. Like you said, we don't know much about him and he is such an important and interesting character. We have heard "this is the last Necroscope book" before. ;)

We all want a Dweller prequel or trilogy, or whatever. I think its the last great chunk of the Necroscope saga that lacks a great deal of coverage. Okay, so Im halfway through the Touch at the moment, and it's an absolutely STUNNING read. In fact, dare I say it, but it could be my favourite Necroscope of them all, which is easy following Avengers, because Avengers was utter drivel and I felt that Mr Lumley rushed it toward the end. I think it's a little unfair of Mr Lumley to end the Necrosaga with a brand new novel that shoots off in a bold new direction without that it would lead us somewhere. The Mordri Three are absolutely magnificent and deserve to be featured in more than one novel. [DONT READ NEXT BIT IF YOU HAVENT READ THE TOUCH AND DONT WANT SPOILERS]
Obviously, Im only halfway through, The Touch and I have yet to experience any "necroscopic" activity as such, but I think it's one of the best Necros ever.
What Im trying to say is this... pleeeeeeese Mr Lumley, write a Dweller novel about HIS lost years, or make The Touch Trilogy. Don't end Necroscope like this. Look at the bloody Discworlds for godsake - there are millions of them at this stage and people STILL love them.
That's what I'd like to see Necroscope: The Dweller or Necroscope The Touch: Echoes, or Necroscope: A New Beginning. Anything....just more...more...more. Dont make me go back to James Herbert.
