Can someone tell me if Ghoul Warning was ever published in hardcover?

Ghoul warnings and other omens...and other omens was published in hardcover but off the top of my head I can't remember if the first one was. I think it was but I'm sure Tops or one of the other experts will be able to confirm for you :)
