Hey there all just wanted to say a quick hi to you all!
I'm currently reading Vampire World 2: The Last Aerie.
I first come across Lumley's work in my local book shop in Torquay, while looking for a horror book with my other half I was attracted by the artwork of the Necroscope series. So had a look and was hooked, and to top it off the 1st book was signed. When i went to buy it the guy behind the counter told me that Brian Lives round here and that he had been in that morning!
Right well I've gone on long enough now so gonna go have a look around :)

Welcome. Glad to hear that you have purchased some of the BEST reading available. I know what you mean by being hooked on these books.

Welcome to the board Lady Red.

Pretty good stuff to find out that Brian not only lives in your town (or is that the other way round - you live in his...?) ;) but that he swings in the local bookshop to sign books while out and about. And here I am stuck in Ohio where the bookstores barely carry his stuff... :( Thank God I run this site and know him like I do. :D

yer i think i live in his i've only been here a few years.
It's pretty cool, but they are having trouble getting his books now, they dont have much on the shelf and are having problems getting more apparently :S
Funny thing is a few times that ive been in to buy or enquire about a book they would say he was in that morning lol typical i can never get to town that early lol!
