Playing around with Google today and I came across a link to Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/people/Thyborg-Faerenccy/1668379889).
OK it's not actually Thibor Ferenczy... it's Thyborg Faerenccy, which is more than a little close, don't you think?
Could it be that "the Thing in the Ground" has survived? :)

I'm not registered with Facebook myself but it's worth checking out.
Mayhap he's not even aware of the coincidence.
