hey guys, gawd its been ages since i've posted on here.
just a heads up on some books over on Amazon that appear a bit iffy.
in the description it says they are in german so i wouldnt be surprised if they are just german translations of books already released, but it wouldnt be good for people to instinctivly buy them now would it? so simply a nod that these are either
1) potential fakes
2) more likely, german translations. :)
the book names and numbers also got me a bit ??? questioning, but anyone can write a title for a page listing nowadays on amazon, so its more likely that the numbers are wrong.

Look like German translations of the vampire world trilogy...
correction: from the way it looks these are part of the trilogy. I think that the german publisher split the books into six parts to save on cost. At least this is what it seems to me and my rudementary german.

hey, if these were fakes, i'd still buy em.
just to see whether they were worth the money an effort the person had put in to fake brians work, and to see what other people could come up with in the necroscope universe.
but at the end of the day, its easier to post about it here and let people know 'just in case' rather than letting them buy the products and waste money in ignorance.

Yeah I can understand that and kudos to you for it, but on another note: do not buy these books unless you can read german:D

These are genuine books. The Necroscope series was translated into German and printed by "Uncle Fester" who actually attended one of the Keoghcons.
If you are a collector of Brians books, they are a good addition.

As DC said...genuine Necroscope books. The whole series totals 20 or so books...something like that.

Don't be alarmed Posem, there are only 14 books to date.

Phew!
Cheers Kenny, almost had a fit then or something xD
"more books? But I can't afford any new books atm :("
you know what'd be awesome?
A new section to the site where people would be able to upload their own pictures and stuff of the necro universe? Fan art and such.
And it'd be cool I'd Brian rethought the fanfiction section, it'd be nice to see whAt other people could bring to the necroverse.
Oh well, it's good to dream

On the fan fiction - well, keep dreaming. :)
As far as the personal pics and art, I do plan on getting the Art Gallery updated up on the site with this redesign, but you still would have to send me the jpgs. You can however upload stuff directly on the Facebook page we have after you become a fan. Jump over there using the link on the side or bottom of the page - or just do a search while you are on FB. Hope that satisfies the need for now! :)

Yeah, Festa kept splitting the books and that didn't go too well. So they sold 'em to another publisher who thankfully scrapped the splitting b*llsh*t.
Normally I do not like translations... but I still hope they'll sell. :D
