Does anyone no for sure how to pronounce CTHULHU ?
I am absorbed in the Titus Crow series and think it might be close to the Necroscope books as a great example of Brian's genius.

According to Chaosium's RPG 'Call of Cthulhu'...they suggest the following which they stress is not 'official' - just the way they say it...

Cthulhu - is pronounced kuh-THOO-loo

If you want anymore ideas on pronunciation, either get a look at the aforementioned role-playing game, or just ask me and I'll be happy to have a look.

For some reason, I've always pronounced it kuh-TOOL-hoo. If I wanted to be somewhat sadistic, I'd suggest searching DejaNews or Remarq for the numerous threads on this question on the alt.horror.cthulhu NG. Of course, be prepared to spend the next several months doing nothing but reading them. http://www.brianlumley.com/ubb/smile.gif

Its a shame there are no words in Metallica's song. OR the mystery would be solved. But i agree with you, Crows adventures are exciting to say the least. HAve you read any of the dream books yet???? if not, that should be your next step. GOOD STUFF!!!!
