ooh, I've been bust the last couple of weeks ;) Saw 'Saw' last weekend for the first time, and thought it was bloody ace, there was a bit I had trouble watching.... something to do with ankles, which appear to freak me out these days.
ANyway, saw 'Saw II' last night. it's actually a pretty good sequel ;) it's got twists and turns like a twisty turny thing. I'm not going into detail here, but fans of the first should like this. Although I did sit there during it, liking it one minute, hating it the next... hey ho.
Oh and the house, it reminded me a bit of the one on elm street.

I thought Saw was pretty darn cool, but wonder if a movie like that wouldn't be better off just staying as a stand alone movie, ie; no sequel. That said, I'll definitely see it when it eventually gets here to Australia. We're so far behind everywhere else its not funny; I'm still yet to see Devils rejects (loved House of 1000 corpses). It only just came out here two or three weeks ago, and on top of that my local cinema isn't even playing it. Even though they have 6 screens, they just seem to only want to play family oriented crapola. My town SUCKS!

I really need to see Saw 2 very soon. Woulda gone this weekend if I hadn't been in Germany!
I've heard varying reviews of it, but as always, I prefer to make up my own mind smile.gif

Seen it and loved it - I never thought that number two could have been as good as one, BUT IT WAS!

I have just seen Saw number 1 finnally.
I'm not sure if I actually liked the film, will have to think about it.
it was clever, but can't help think it lacked *something* if that makes any sense.

I just saw Saw 2 and thought it was fantastic. But - and this could be a bit of a spoiler - why didn't that guy just ask people what their number was instead of, well instead of what he did. And then what he did to get his own number! It don't make no sense, he could have just asked! But it was pretty funny, and made for great viewing.
Very cringe worthy movie. Loved it!
