Explanation

I just thought I welcome myself back to the board with a short explanation of why I have been away for so long.

My wife gave birth in September to our second child, a sister for my 2 year old son, we have named her Lauren and she has become the centre of our world. So, my time been taken up by inability to stop looking at her and holding her.

Although I wasn't exactly Mr Manyposts himself, i contributed when I felt what I had to say was relevant. Which, I am pleased to say is about to continue.

Reading the archives it also looks like there has been a few naughty people knocking about. I hope they didn't cause Shadoe too much grief.

Anyway, nice to be back and hello again.

Yaaaaay, many congrats Patrick!! Really nice to see you back again... if you can tear yourself away from your ickle baby for a few hours, come out for a drink with us in Manchester... check out the 'get-together no.3' thread for info!

Congrats!! A new Lumlian in the world!! Just remember when she's 16 and wants to date her brothers best friend that you will live through it and hopefully she'll make her 17th birthday before her brother gets to her.

Yeah, I'm dealing with a little one myself... great fun, though it can get stressful.

I've also been away, just been into other things, and I seem to be at a loss as to what happened here, with the 'naughty ones'...
would anyone care to explain, or is that a door better left closed?

Thanks for the kind comments, much appreciated. Scarlet & Goth, I will try and make it but, as I am now, I usually work Saturdays.

I can recommend a good place to go though, I went to the new Printworks last night and it is awesome. Great place and it's nice to see the city looking so good and offering so much.

Can anyone give me some pointers about how to post pictures on the board. I've tried and failed miserably.
