The wife listened and got me some good stuff. She found Resurgence in hard back and Maze of Worlds and the numbered series of The Complete KhashVols. 1&2. My kids loved thier day with what they got but I hit the Jackpot. 8-}

Having already bought myself 'Caller of the Black' and 'Horror at Oakdeene' (Christmas is a really good excuse for me to go a little nuts and justify buying myself a few things that I really want), my girlfriend promptly presented me with a copy of 'The Last Rite' this morning which she had sneakily ordered for me.

Pleased? I certainly was.

I bought her a *ahem* 'Cuddly Cthulhu'...which I think is the best thing ever. She thinks its pretty damn good too..(at least thats what she told me)

I too recieved everything I could need.. No books, I'm still trying to finish the decor in the house.

My friend has finally taken the hint, after he found the first 2 vol's of Necroscope under the tag from myself.
One more to join our ranks.

No books for me either, but I got a nice watch and some cool power tools. (OO OO...as Tim the Tool Man says.)

I did get gift certificates for the bookstore which should take care of my annual Dean Koontz book. (came out today...of all days!?!???) If I can save the leftover money 'till then I can pay for Avengers with it as well. http://www.brianlumley.com/ubb/smile.gif

I got 'Defilers' from my book club delivered on the 23rd (after MONTHS of hassling them) so that'll do nicely.
Other than that, there was a new walkman and the new StarWars box set. I can't really trust anyone but myself to go Lumley-Shopping for me.

Okay lets see..no books cause there's no book store out here in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Small ass town. I just ordered Defilers (don't hate me) with the money I got from my folks. I did however get a cool Microsoft FeedBack Pro 2 joystick for myself. Helps with those flight games. I got 100 bucks from my mum and dad and a scarf mom made herself (the best gift). Oh and my roomate got me a remote for the tv which was cool. Now I don't have to get up!

Why would we hate you for getting Defilers, Kortag? Seems like an excellent choice to me! http://www.brianlumley.com/ubb/smile.gif

Hey, Santa skipped my house!

The wifey & I didn't exchange this year, but we did go off on our kid. He got some nice stuff (a big wheel, a big thingy for the backyard that he crawls in and has 100 colored balls in it - what a mess that thing makes...other things) had a great time just watching him play.

Well, 5 days after christmas I got something in the mail that topped everything else I got. It was an advanced uncorrected proof of Whisperer and Other Voices. http://www.brianlumley.com/ubb/redface.gif)

Lots of pratical stuff, since I'm a starving college student!

Couple of sweaters
Underwear (the classic)
About 5 boxes of food.

Thats the boring stuff, now the good stuff!

Gladiator, on DVD! This movie kicks @ss, if you havn't seen it, I suggest you do.

Lava Lamp, wanted on for years, finally got it.

VCR

additional 128 megs ram for the PC

Dilbert, and Far Side daily comic calendars.

Blank CD's (allways good for a pirate!) http://www.brianlumley.com/ubb/wink.gif

Thats about it, mostly food!

Cheers all, hope you all had a Merry Christmas, and a New Year you couldn't remember!
