Does anyone know if House of Doors or Demogorgon ever came out in HC? I have managed to collect most of BL's books in HC over the years and I assume a few have only been released in PB, such as the Psychomech series. I'm still waiting for Deadspawn to get released in HC, since that would complete my HC collection in that series.

Lady Elizabeth, not sure if you've got this one or not but maze of worlds {house of doors a second visit} was released over here {the uk} in HC. If that's any help.

Thanks, Peter & V.P. for info. Yes, I have the 2nd one in HC, but, I haven't read it yet, still waiting to get the 1st. Was kind of hoping there was a HC out there somewhere, maybe one of those 1000? printed type deals if necessary, before I got the PB.
By the way, I have a couple of the B.L. UK HCs and I was wondering why the artwork on the covers is so much better than the US version?
