Here's the post I promised about the change of venue that we all discussed at KCIII.
In the interest of figures and continuance of the Cons ... how many of you would be interested in attending a Torquay con? As we had spoke, this is the only way we'll be able to keep having the cons if they are in Torquay.
Wow, this is great. Looks like after Christmas I'll be out doing my searching for a suitable venue. Yee haw...

Penny, a friend of mine, works as a maid in one of Torquay's more notorious hotels, so I've got a room, trouble is I'll be next door to a neurotic, delusional, paranoid nutter... Ah well, maybe Cybil will spike his drink to calm him down...
Er - take that as a yes from me too!

Do I even need to say it... YES!!
For anyone worried about getting there, we can arrange things closer to the time, but a couple of people have already offered car space from London, so all you'd have to do is get to London, and it would be sorted. Making sure people can get to KC IV will be one of my top priorities

I'll throw my vote in here as a yes. By next year, I will have paid holiday leave at work (finally) and I will have that Eggleton original painting paid off. So - there seems no reason why the cash won't be there to get me accross the pond.

It would be great to see you again next year mate, and perhaps N8 and canker and a few more of our American mates, can make it over here next year like your other compatriots who made this years con so special.

Not a chance. I hated this year's. Worst thing I've ever done.
Will I be there? Does a wound bleed? Of course I'll be there, with bells on. And not much else, I'm comfortable enough with you all now. Next year there will be a costume, for sure. I dabble in metals and soldering and such, and am tinkering (tinkering mind you) with a gauntlet. I have some prosthetic ears and will get some contacts. I also need to shape up a bit. Sorry, I'm babbling.

Wish I had the power to transport by opening a door in Newcastle and stepping out in Torquay !!
Failing Harrys help it'll have to be a 10 hour drive but add 2 more here.. Paul and myself wouldn't miss it for the world ! and how could I miss the opportunity to see botch dressed up after being detained at the airport security for 2 days for sneaking an armoured gauntlet into the country lol

IF I make it, I will ship it over to some one. I already thought of the looks on the customs officers fsces when they opened my luggage. It would be fun to watch, but not worth missing KC IV.
