Song that was inspired by Brians Work

Has anyone heard the song "Deadspawn" by a band called Disincarnate? They came out with this album "Dreams of the Carrion Kind" in 1993 and they list Brian as one of their influences. I'll put the mp3 and lyrics on my site if anyone is interested. They are a very dark and heavy outfit.

What was it 6 or 7 degrees to Brian Lumley? Gwar does a song called "The Horror of Yig" If I'm not mistaken, Yig is one of Lovecraft's Elder Gods. If memory serves correctly, Yig was refered to in either Titus Crow or one of the stories in Fruiting Bodies and other Fungi... Or both.
I'd check but both of those are on loan to a future Lumley fan!
I hope that's not too much of a stretch.
