Aww, no need to apologize WL...I was just razzin' ya.

I just get this sick feeling when I think how close he came to death. It's purely selfish though. Of course it would be a trajedy if he had been killed, but I was more concerned with being left hanging.

Just imagine if that had happened to Brian before beginning work on The Last Aerie! Talk about a dangling thread! It's along the same lines for me as King fan.

I was laughin' when I posted my response. Uncomfortably, but laughing all the same. It's all in fun, I know.

    How about Dumbledore vs Gandalph?

Voldemort (He-Who-Should-Not-Be-Named) vs Sauron or Sharky?

    Hagrid vs Shelob?

Can you tell I'm getting into the Harry Potter books?

I knew I'd heard your signature quote somewhere before! I love it! You must be a Slayer fan!

To stay on topic...how 'bout them and Ozzy taking on the entire Boy Band Nation in an all out bloody brawl?

I've been waiting for four days thinking I'd get nailed on this one by someone.

With all you LOTR fans and Harry Potter Band Wagoneers out there, no one sees a prob with that match-up?

No, no. Hagrid wouldn't even fight Shelob!

He'd be servin' up Sam chops and Frodo fritters hoping to make a nice furry little pet outta her!

N8! Ah, but what about Ungoliant???

Hagrid would have to serve up more than hobbit-stew to tame THAT beast!

    In an alternative reality...

Ladies and Gentlemen - Quantum Battle Royale!!!!

    Dean Stockwell vs Scott Bakula.

Only one of them can lose! Choose carefully.

Has anyone noticed that if you say "Bakula" fast enough, it starts to sound like "Dracula".

    Hey Storm!

Any resolution on the Munchkin vs Oompa Loompa fight?

Last I heard, there had been a lot of disqualifications for low blows LOL!

Meanwhile; "Columbo vs Kojak" - Death of a Detective Deathmatch (in the ring, with the lead pipe).

The tenacious protection of Columbo's raincoat vs the brutish power of Kojak's pugilistic use of lollypop-based confectionary.

This fights betting is only for the brave.

The battle between the Oompah Loompahs and the Munchkins was declared a no-match just before half time due to a tornado dropping a Kansas farmhouse on top of the Oompah Loompahs and wiping out the lil' blue fellas.

Sapphire & Steel vs John Steed & Emma Peel. When I think of Diana Rigg and Joanna Lumley, in their prime, going at it... there are no words. No words.

The bullies from The Simpsons (Kearney, Dolph & Jimbo) vs Dennis The Menace (British version), Pieface & the other stooge whose name i can't remember ooooooh. nasty.

The 5th Element woman vs the Run Lola Run woman. When I think of... Um. Nevermind.

    child-proof bottles vs milk cartons

Bill Gates vs the Borg Queen.

    ok. that's enough for now.
