Wow, tempus is really fugiting now...
Won't be long now before we are all lifting our glasses and having a great time. Brian and I are really looking forward to it ... especially me so my work is limited and I'm free to keep lifting my glass if I so desire.
We can but hope for good weather for the weekend, fingers crossed.

We shall try and keep your glass replenished!!

Has that awning gone up on the wee 'smoking' balcony yet? It wasn't there at the beginning of August!!
17 days and counting.... tick tock, ............

We went and saw Sue last night, I had two breezers, weeeeeeeee. Then Brian and I walked down to the seafront and got fish & chips.
Nope, no covering as yet, we'll just keep our fingers and toes crossed that it will not be a rainy weekend. I can only suggest that smokers bring a brolly with them.Silky

I'm attending what will be my first gathering this year.
Can anyone tell me what to expect?
Or am I better off not knowing!
I'm really looking forward to this. I'm travelling from Ireland flying into Exeter and getting a train to Torquay.
Cant wait!

Absopletely mate. I had to go and buy one last year, so if you need one, I'd leave it till you get here!! No point in carting it around until you go back
. And paracetamol will be in ready supply
- as usual.
Er......... am expecting a comment from John at this point on my last point..
Of course, being teetotal, he drinks the place dry of Coke(sic) before anyone else gets there, so bring yer own
. Heh heh.
