I recently watched THE SIXTH SENCE with Bruce Willis and that kid who could talk to dead people I thought that the similarities were sufficiant that someone should have mentioned it

However I don't think the simlarities were too many at all

many of the similarities I noticed were subtle and occasionally maybe a slight varation such as when he stood up to the teacher by calling him by a child hood play on his name (studdering) Stanly and the name of the person Harry first stood up to..Stanly
after a time Harry took of his glasses never to wear them again and did cole not remove his unneeded glasses plus many others if you would like me to list them

the glasses were left by his father that he had claimed as his own. The fact that they had no lenses enforced the point that he did not need them

P.S please do not think I am being aggressive or arguementive in this disscusion that is not my point I just don't know anybody else that has both seen the movie and read the books and I would like someone to discuse my thoughts with

I saw the movie which I thought was brilliant and really well written as for similarities yes there were a few but you are only focusing on the idea of death, the necroscope saga also deals with time travel, vampirism, ESP, teleportation and history. So you see you are only comparing a small part of the book.

Even that part is not identical. Anyway can you really copyright life after death. The dead in necroscope weren't ghosts. They were just people's minds so they didn't have a physical state so the only similarity was that the little boy could talk to the ghosts like Harry could talk to the great majority.
