I think I have to agree with pybob, it differs from day to day (mood to mood). Plus I like so much different styles of music I can't give you just one song, but hé let me give you an example:
Eels - Lucky Day in Hell
Presidents - Lump
Simon & Garfunkel (live) - Kodachrome
Da Luniz - I've got 5 on it
every single song from Mozart's Zauberflote (magic flute)
Beck - Jackass
Foo Fighters - ? (damn I forget the name of that song everytime)
Well I could go on but I think you've got my point. To much great music to choose just one or two favourite's

The Company - Fish
Million Miles Away - Hanoi Rocks
Little Lost Sometimes - The Almighty
Fire Woman - The Cult
I'm sure theres loads more but those are the ones that I always come back to.
Cheers

As most people have said, the timing is crucial when this Q is asked.
So.
This week my fave song is 'Zero' by the Smashing Pumpkins
But all time? it has to be 'Tower of Strength' by the Mission
(a bit 'poppy' but brings back some Great memories)

If we are talking classical then...
Danse Macabre Saint-Saens (where is that damn umlauted 'E'!!) or Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata. Depends whether I'm in outré (ha) or somber mood.
Pybob! Good call on "Ode to joy". Music powerful enough to make your eyes bleed!
