Which good guy do you dislike the most?

With as many well-fleshed-out good guys as Lumley has created, it's a given that there's got to be a least ONE creep in the bunch. Anything else would be completely unrealistic! So who dost thou say it be?

If Paxton was what you could call a "goodguy", I hate his frickin guts. What a slimy slug! I can't stand him, and I absolutely love his death, but why couldn't BL prolong it? Huh? Answer me!

<font color=440066>Yeah, Tom Schroeder was the kind of guy that'd give you the creeps if you ever met him... a man who's seen way too much for one life-time.

But as far as proper good guys go - Phillip Stone was a, forgive the expression, dude! The kind of fella who you'd always want fighting on your side, and if you ever saw him on the other side of the fence - well, you'd turn-coat faster than a Vindaloo hitting the porcelain!

The other good guy I'd vote for is Darcy Clarke, a good guy in every sense of the word (dodgy Christmas cracker joke notwithstanding!)... And his death, well - what do they say about where nice-guys always finish?

And as for heroines... I don't need to mention Karen, one of the most rounded female characters in modern horror lit... It's a shame that female characters always seem to get a bum ride in this genre (I'm not including BL in this), but I'll shut up now before I go on a rant...
