Ok people.. we know that in most cases, being host to a vampire leech causes your ESP powers to experience a bit of a boost. Now think about this... Richard Allen Garrison, another Lumley character had such ESP powers that he was, for lack of a better word, a Demigod. He did, for the most part, use those powers for "good". A truly nightmarish thought is... what if Richard Garrison became Wamphyri?!

how about cthulhu with a leech? He could affect the dreams of men to control them subtley.... imagine that then....
