Hi all, i have just finished the first five books and was hoping to get blood brothers. I seem to be having terrible trouble finding it new, any reason why its so difficult to get. I know I could get it second hand but im curious as to why it is so hard to get new. Will it be available in the future.

We've heard it before haven't we that the next Necroscope book will be the last. Is "The Touch" truly the last of the Saga? I've always wanted to know how things panned out for Trask and Co after Avengers. Ah well, I'll make it up myself.

I'm having a serious dilemma here. I didn't get much work over Xmas, been working 3 day weeks since then. I have to pay $700 to keep my car on the road for another year. My missus suggested if I didn't buy my Lumley HC collection last year we wouldn't be in this mess. As much as it hurts to admit, she's right. It's depressing, but I'm seriously considering selling it all, unless I find $1000 in the gutter tomorrow. So if anyone's looking for something to fill the gaps in their collection, let me know. I'll be listing them on ebay soon, but I'd like to offer these to my fellow Elite Lumlians first. I'm gonna keep a PB copy of everything, of course. Anyway,…

Whatever happened to the Necroscope game from 'mobiusent.com'(i think thats right)? Read about it in an old thread but I've never seen or heard of it elsewhere. Does anyone know if it was completed or if anything similar exists. For that matter, any recommendations for good vampire games to fill the void would be great. Thnx, My Blood Is Yours.

hello everyone. for a time now i have been reading necro on and off, and having nearly completed 'the touch' and not owning a copy of the second lost years book, i reckon i have read nearly all of the necroscope books going that have been churned out from mr lumley. The whole saga is a fasination for me, but one thing that captivates me the most is the vampires in their aeirys on sunside/starside. the story of radu lycan and how he became a power himself on starside is one i enjoyed, another is the indepth detailed acount of nestor in the vampire world trilogy. i loved them, and reading rumours on this forum that 'the touch' might be the last necro book i start…

I'm delighted to announce that I've successfully encouraged my brother, Philip, to read the Necroscope books. As a Christmas gift I bought him the first novel, and Vamphyri. He quickly read the first installment and really liked it. And this evening he sent me an offline message reporting how much he is enjoying Vamphyri. He explained that in Chapter 5 pages 134-138, where George spied Yulian and Helen Ann shagging in the copse. Then George attacks Yulian and follows him into the cellar to find Georgina and Helen Ann being consumed by what Philip referred to as a "slug". Philip told me that reading that part made his heart beat in his chest like never before. …

Hi! I had to do a movie poster for my Photoshop class so of course I decided to do Necroscope. What do you think? ALSO on another note I found this picture on the coast to coast website and immediately it made me think of the vampire swamps on Sunside/Starside! I hope whoever took this photo didnt get too close

While reading Necroscope (E-Branch) invaders for the third time I noticed something quite funny on page 372 16 lines down the page it reads. "'Well in 2007 in England it came, and that year we didn't have a summer... 'It was washed out?' Jake felt obliged to ask 'It was drowned out!' Harvey told him. Is Brian Lumley a precog or what!.

Just seen advert on Living channel for a series called The Ghost Whisperer, about someone who can talk to the dead. Sound familiar to anyone? Hope Brian has his lawyers ready.

I was just passing my local oxfam book store yesterday, and popped in... when looking through the comics, I found a complete run of all the necro comics published I obviously got them, which now leaves me with some doubles - but I didn't actually have a full set before, so I'm quite pleased with that. I'll look out my comics, and any spares I have can go to the first person to buy me a pint at the gathering... if there are no takers they will go in the raffle! Tops

Hello. I'm new... I just got Necroscope:The Touch from the library. As it was the only one they had, I didn't notice that it was a series (it sounded like it was 'in the universe of' more than a sequel when I read the cover summary (as 'accurate' as those are...)). Would this book have large spoilers? I generally read two or three books by an author before I purchace any of their books. I could request the first book if that would be a better place to start.

A few weeks ago I found out a friend of mine who i've known for a year had read the PSYCH trilogy of Brians and loved it. Not knowing there were other books out there, he left it at that. He came around to our house the other night and noticed a Brian Lumley book in our living room. He freaked and so I told him all about us lot, the conventions and gave him Necroscope to read. I went to bed that night around 10, the boyz went around 2...and by the morning jep (the friend in question) had already read the first 6 chapters!!! he is in LOVE with it and is determined to read them all in a very short space of time. That makes mine a total of 3, my hubbie, clair…

I have been waiting for there to be Audiobooks of the greatest Saga but the Lumley FAQ states there are none in the works and I can't find any mention of them in here YET... I have found them in German?? Are these Official and Licensed? And if so when can we expect a English version? I am not posting the link just in case they are not official or licensed so if they are not then I can send the link to Brian to take whatever action he wants and if they are legit then I can post the link. Contact me for more information

It'a amazing we have only two books in french of 20 books published and many many many frenches are waiting for years the translation of all the others. In Germany they can read up to the volume 5 !?! Can someone or Mr Lumley himself tell me if we will have the chance to read continuation of Vamphirii in french. I can badly write in english but Im'not able to read and understand a book as it as to be...please...help.

I started with the original Necroscope novel this time last year, and I've just finished turning the very last page of the E-Branch trilogy, Avengers. What a ride! I absolutely loved Avengers, and I didn't want it to end. I must admit: I quite nearly loathed Jake Cutter as the Necroscope in Invaders. But by Avengers, I was quite pleased with his transition, most of it anyway. I was so intrigued by Lord Szwart and his constant metamorphism. I'm just a little bit pissed that I somehow skipped over the Lost Years volumes...I'll get onto them next. But I wish I'd read them in order, especially knowing how the E-Branch trilogy ends. Then it's onto The Touch and Titus Crow. …

Just read "Dreams in the Witchhouse" by H.P. Lovecraft and it made me wonder...Walter Gilman speaks about a mathematical formula which is beyond normal human understanding that makes you able to leave the third dimension and enter the fourth...so that you can enter the third whereever you want. Was that Brian's inspiration for the Möbius-Continuum? What do you think? Cause we all know that he was inspired by Lovecraft... Don't know, if it was discussed before..anyway..i was just wondering

What would you change if you could make one sweeping change to the Necroscope books? I would change much of the redundancy. when you read the books you start to notice that Brian becomes very redundant in his description of events and skills. Over and over the obvious things in the book are not discovered simply to draw out the story and the explanation always seems to be that the "skills are unfathomable". I would have given these people a bit more credit for intelligence in this regard
