I suspect you would like to own a sword, you also strike me as the sort of person who might collect them given half a chance. I have a friend who collects swords who used to belong to a 13C re-enactment society. He decided to teach me how to use a broadsword once after some whiskey at about 2 AM. When the bleeding had stopped I decided that swords were not for me.

There is indeed a new branch opening on Shaftesbury Avenue on 18th October though I am unsure if this means the closure of the New Oxford St branch. Forbidden planet London now appears be a seperate chain from all the other stores Official Site here with maps http://www.forbiddenplanet.com/ I can remember when there was only one on Denmark St and it was a better shop by far. How old am I?
