I just finished "The Touch"...........as usual, read it like a bat outta hell and went thru the book in 2 days. Now all I want is more! I'll just have to re-visit the series from the beginning..........and become inthralled again!

Like I said, forget my ramblings. Things are much faster now and I have no difficulty posting. Whatever I did in re-setting worked. Thanks for the advise Shadoe.

Thanks for the welcome! I HAVE read all of the books in the Necroscope series as well as the House of Doors group and a few others. I just love the way Mr. Lumley can draw me right in in just a few paragraphs. I'm anxiously awaiting "The Touch" to ship. More Necroscope and a "bit" of Harry...........joy! I'll try to make it to the signing in New York in April, just need to wrangle the day off. It would be sooooooooooooooo good to meet him! All, be well!

I am newly bitten and just finding my way around this site. I have read Mr Lumley for years. I found the "Source" one day, read it non-stop and then went crazy to find the preceeding two books. I have been reading all of the books and then passing them along to my husband and then our youngest son. (I get them first! Greedy I am!) Great conversation as we discuss the book's characters. Sometimes that gets us looked at as "AX MURDERS". So forgive please any mistake I might make at first while I get the feel of things. By the way, the Graemlins are great! Best I've ever seen!

Several favorites for me: Harry becoming Wamphri and then dying! The Dweller being Harry's son and oh so powerful to take Harry's numbers away. Those golden darts, just where oh where are they all.

Hello, I guess I'm newly bitten, but I've been reading Brian Lumley's works for years. I've just discovered this site. The signing sounds like something I may be able to do. That would be a true thrill. Please excuse the newby, I have to try out the post and the Graemlins. Hope to post something of interest next time. :cool: :eek:
