Your info on the cover art for Necroscope is interesting. I just check my copy of Necroscope and it say the cover art work is by Bob Eggleton. I wonder if the cover art work is done by someone else as my copy was printed in the United States? What do you think?

I have "Harry and the Pirates" on my birthday wish list with Amazon.com. Has anyone read it yet? I just recently heard about it, but will have it soon.

I agree with Mr. Moogly. I'm really surprised the movie industry here in the U. S. hasn't tried to make a movie of the Necroscope series. It would certainly be 100 percent better than some of the stuff they're putting out. If they can make the movie "Twillight" for the teenage group, why not one for us adults? Besides, there hasn't been a decent vampire movie in ages. I promise you this, if we do ever get a movie based on the Necroscope series, and it is shown in here in the States, when it comes to Arkansas, I'll be first in line to see it. I'll just keep hoping and wishing. Cathy

Silky, I just read your message and am sorry to hear about no commitments for new novels. However, I can understand wanting to enjoy life. When you stated Mr. Lumley's age, it brought a smile to my face. You see, I was afraid I would maybe be one of his oldest (age wise) fans. I'm only 4 years younger than him. This all new to me. Just wanted to say "Hi" from Arkansas, USA and let you know these are the best vampire books ever. I'm now rebuilding my library of Brian Lumley's Necroscope series for the third time. I have donated two sets to two different libraries so far. This is also my third rereading of the books. That's it for now.
