Wow - I think we should get back to the point. Does anyone remember what my original question was?

 

I even got sucked into apologizing for my question, but then I looked at the topic and realized I shouldn't have.

 

It was posted in the NECROSCOPE forum. It asked only about the 3 NEW NECROSCOPE stories.

 

It wasn't disregarding Brian's other works, or saying Necroscope is the only thing he has written.

 

It was a simple question about the 3 BRAND-NEW stories Brian wrote intended to get some discussion about the new stories going. And there was some discussion until it went off topic and people started getting their feather's ruffled and the thread is irrelevant to the main point now completely.

Sorry Shadoe I do tend to get over excited and go off on my own little tangent, sorry again if it helps I feel quite ashamed of myself !

 

Anyhoo thought the new Necro stories were brill I'd been looking forward to them for ages and they didn't dissapoint, it's always nice to revisit Harry even if it's only for a short while.

Likewise -- Sorry Shadoe and all fellow Lumlians for this pretty sad thread...

 

As I mentioned earlier (seems ages now!) ... my personal favourite of the 3 Necroscope tales was DEAD EDDY. I felt that all were slightly different in style -- Resurrecion much more in keeping with necroscope, and very dark in tone.

 

DEAD EDDY was fun .. it put Harry in quite a foreign position, betting in Vegas! And gave the lad abit of much needed respite.... still trouble (and the dead) ain't far behind. A 'superhero' for the dead - DINOSOUR DREAMS also followed that particular style -- plus a trip to York!!

 

I wonder which one would come out top on a poll?

GO SHADOE!!! was going to point out that this was a Necroscope part of the board but was afraid of being shouted at.

Evryone should be happy that they can afford the new book. Not that I'm bitter, oh no.

I didn't mention the other stories at all in the upcoming newsletter! :eek:

 

Y'all don't hate me. I'd already read all the others ... yep, even the Dreamlands.

 

I tried to get people talkin' about 'em back when I ordered their respective issues in Weirdbook.

 

To tell the truth, I overlooked them completely when the book arrived!

 

Go on, sumbudy say sup'm.

 

 

As for the Neccies, I liked 'em all in equal measure.
