If you mean Harry, the answer is more or less everyone. Even E-Branch brainwashed him into hiding his talents, making him paranoid and endangering his life somewhat. Then there was B.J., who also hypnotised him messin poor Harry's head up even more...

In Deadspawn,on the night train to London, from Edinburgh Gareth Scanlon (telepath) and Alan Kellway (spotter) got Jordan the second time
