Well after reading the books, I would like to put myself in the role of Harry of course... who wouldn't?

i wouldn't because to be honest its to much acting, if they put in a few cocky comments i proberly wud like to play harry but.....

I'd like to be Harry's Mother...even though I'd never actually be "seen" until she helps Harry kill his stepfather, I'd still be a huge role in the movie.

That's a great idea V-mom, acting without really having to do much acting, I love it.

i think a good idea would be making the telepathy, then harry speaks to the dead the world should sort of slow down and it goes a grey-y black colour and you can see the people walking past slowly in the background but you can also see whoever's head's speaking to each other, so when harry and mother r talking to each other

you can see harry's head sort of floating their, and on other side of screen you can see mother's head, another gd idea for the dead would be you see them in deadspeak as what they where like at the best point in their life,

 

or instead of heads you can have the whole body so there can be more intermate actions to make it seem better, but the dead would just be flotaing there, sometimes though they would walk back and forth??

 

and when harry lets them to stuff for him in his body you can see their image superimposed over his body,so you can see harr'y#s body clearly and at certian timeslike then the light shines over him in a certain way you can c the image of the dead person inside him doing the same stuff , so if harry;s hand is reaching up, the dead person's is..

Maybe Brian Lumley reading this (sometimes?) and he give this job to us ;D

If he's hiring...I'd do it...lol. I am a broadcasting student, so I know a little of the ins and outs of it all. In fact, before I had even found this site and found out they were in the works of making it into a movie, I toyed with the idea of writing my own screenplay and sending it to Brian, Hollywood, etc etc.

Steady on there P, there are a few of us here that aren't teenagers but don't fall into the catagory of middle aged or old, unless you call being in your 20's old!

Well if Brian is watching I'm probably one of the few the actors union would allow as I still have my acting tickets from Billy Elliott I'll be Max Batu :grin:

There's no way that they're going to be able to do the whole series in one movie...lol. I think maybe thinking of characters out of the first book is more realistic...lets wait until they talk sequel then discuss later characters...I'll get off my soap box now...lol
