Necromaniacs Down Under?

Featured Replies

Wasn't sure where to place this thread, so as I'm still quite new to the site, this is a good aplace as any.

Any Lumlians from Australia out there, just wanted to say G'day. Interested in discussing which publications have been available where you are(U.K. or US) and what books you've found hard to find etc. etc.

Picked up Necroscope about 10 years ago, & well, twenty books later, I'm still in 'thrall' to Brians works-so anyone want to drop in & comment..........

I'll be here man.

My Blood Is Yours.

I think I first started reading Necroscope about 10 years ago too! I borrowed the first 5 books from a friend, so I really need to buy them so that I can read them again and refresh my memory!

I stumbled accross an excellent collection of books last weekend - I ended up buying The Lost Years 1 & 2 as well as Necroscope: Invaders, partly because I had some difficulty finding them previously but mainly because they are all signed copies! :)

If I had the cash I would probably have bought a lot more of them as there were a few first editions there too! I settled instead for a cute little model of Cthulhu that I just couldn't resist... :P

i've been looking on ebay, if you want the five Necroscopes, I've seen them for as little as 99c - of course that's only if you want them to read, not for collection as such. try the US ebay.

just seen Necro volumes III, IV, V for 1c each (u.k.ebay, i think)

or for collecting, saw wamphyri for 70c, signed-sounds too good to be true-he has 100% feedback, so, you never know.

i'm bidding on six items right now, since browsing ebay, ive almost filled the gaps in my collection

Happy 'hunting':D

G'day fellow Aussies:), I also have been reading the Necroscope series for abouit 10 years. I purchased all of the books in the series back then from bookstores in Melbourne - with the Vampire World books being the hardest to find. These days there seem to be very few Necroscope books in stores - I am yet to find the latest edition to the series, although I was able to borrow it from a library and read it.

hey Trimmer, I have the same prob in Sydney: ten years ago i found all the Necroscopes in the bookstore, now they don't know who Brian is:eek:. . . . WHAT THE. . . ?

The library has The touch on order but i cant wait, browsing ebay now. I've never seen any US editions, but then I prefer the UKs that I have. :)
