Hmmm, that's a clue in itself innit?

If so, I can think of one.

Don't know what is in it, but the rest

of Brian's collections have, at most, thirteen

tales, I think. So, it has to be

Sixteen Sucking Stories???

Yup, but can you tell me which story was left out.

Another clue. The story left out is a book title in its self

Just made an interesting mistake that I thought might amuse you guys. I was asked by a friend about the Lumley short story "The Diary of Alonzo Typer", which was in a HPL Cthulhu compilation that he had, and on reading it I was about to post here to let Brian know that there was an imposter writing/publishing as him! After a little bit of digging of course, I found out that it was in fact written in 1935 by William Lumley...

Good job we didn't let the legal hounds off the leash, eh? Stupid, stupid Shroom... *takes a pill and lies down*

Was going to ask for a clue but before you do, i'm going to have an educated guess and say The Complete Khash and the conection is the three rune-swords of the Shm-yi and Teh Atht.

I think you know, too.

Excellent! Then it must be "Ghor, Kin Slayer".

Written as a round robin, with contributions from Mr Lumley, Ramsey Cambell, Frank B. Long, Michael Moorcock et al.

You gave it away with Necronomicon Press :) I actually visited the Michauds at home once (while I was staying briefly in Rhode Island), and got to see the Necro'press operation first hand! I was welcomed into their home, treat as a king, and will never forget my brief visit with Marc and Susan, even though it was almost 14 years ago now! I'm such an old b*gger! Lovely people!

'Shroom.
