I've had enough of the Necroscope movie thread. I love the idea, so much so that I'm getting frustrated with the inactivity. I know this is no-ones fault, but I need a distraction. So if there is ANY other novels, tales from Brian you think would be a great movie, TV episode, short film??

I would love to see something like Stephan King's Nightmares & Dreamscapes. Episodes containing short stories by Brian, but done a little better. It probably won't happen, but you never know, a producer with $$$ may pick up Fruiting Bodies, Dagon's Bell or read about Titus Crow and get enthralled like the rest of us.

So throw your ideas around, the producer with $$$ may even read this thread:rolleyes:.

They did the Lovecraft story "The Dreams in the Witch House" on the first series of Masters of Horror, so maybe they could be persuaded to do one of these stories for their next series (if they make one)? Stuart Gordon directed the episode - hes the guy who did the Re-animator movies and From Beyond.

They even have a groovy Flash website - no under construction pages tho :P

John Carpenter would be a great choice to direct it - purely on the basis of his film "In the Mouth of Madness"...

Do you read Sutter Cane? Oops, I mean Brian Lumley? :P
