October 13, 200817 yr comment_38388 Hey all! I just wanted to say hello to everyone here. I've been reading Mr. Lumley's books and stories since I bought "Dwellers Beneath" when it first came out ( The old DAW books edition) and had read a few "Primal Lands" stories back in the old"Fantastic Stories" magazine. I was in Jr.High and High School back then. That should give you an idea of how old I am. I'm from Ohio, but got stuck in Germany when I got out of the Army many years ago. I'm an electronics technician for a German Co. and I'm on the board of advisors for the local observatory here in Nuremburg. What I allways like most about Mr. Lumley's stories is that they are so entertaining. Never pretentious or cryptic. They've allways manged to scratch my itch! LOL My Lumley books have their own shelf in my bookcase. I don't know what else I should say so I'll just close nw. Take care. Doug Report

I got a couple of those on ebay or somewhere a couple of years ago, I liked the covers and they were only a couple of quid! We're always happy to have new members here no matter how old or young so make yourself at home. Report
