Posted March 10, 200916 yr comment_38834 Just finished re-reading Khai of Khem, what a masterpiece it is too.Its been a few years since I read it last and I'd forgotten just how good it is.Brians writing skills and imagination are clear to be seen in this book.Without ruining it for anyone who hasn't read it the section where Khais family are held captive is one of the most intense pieces I have ever read.Truly amazing. How great would it be to see this made into a movie also.It has all the ingredients to be a blockbuster.... Although considering how long Necroscope is taking maybe not,and anyway they'll probably cast old Harrison Ford as Khai. Now I'm ready for Harry and the Pirates,I started Khai to keep myself sane while waiting for it to be delivered.

The way the story unfolds is genius and the descriptive detail makes it all seem real. It would make an excellent movie, but if Holywood got their mits on it it would likely be spoilt - Harrison Ford? It really wouldn't suprise me!
