March 23, 200917 yr comment_38854 hey all! I've been a Lumley fan for the past 20 years! (well, not if you count my 10 year break, but that's a whole 'nother story) . I'm rereading the necroscope after about 10 years, (at least!) and if you'd like to follow along, the link is http://www.bluesbookcase.blogspot.com. I've read all of them up to defilers, i think. (the 1st book of the avengers trilogy) Lumley has really shaped me as a reader, and i look forward to re-discovering his world. Thanks, B. Report
March 23, 200917 yr comment_38855 Welcome bluecole, it's always good to have fresh blood. Really glad you found your way back to Brian Lumley after all those years. If you enjoy trilogies and series' Brian has done a lot of stuff other than Necroscope that you may also enjoy. This little area is supposed to be just for Necroscope related things though so if you want to know more about the other stuff go to the 'Other novels and short stories' area. Also, there's a bit especially for new people if you want to swing by there, it's for new guys to introduce themselves and get a proper welcome and is called 'Hey new people, right here!' It seems that your first thoughts on Necroscope were similar to my own - WOW THIS IS AMAZING! I seem to remember that's about how it went for me. Report
