Hi everyone

I've been a Necroscope fan since 1991 (my god, that's 18 years!) since a friend lent me the first four books to take on holiday to Spain. Needless to say I read all four within the fortnight... and Stephen King's "Nightmare and Dreamscapes" which I bought on a day trip to Gib.

Some of you might know my website which has been running since 2002. Previously called "Necroscopy" (which Brian pointed out is the autopsy of animals) it's now called "Necropaedia" and has moved from AOL Hometown to Lycos Tripod. I've recently revamped it and added more content.

Here's the URI for anyone who might want to check it out:

Hope to catch you all in this forum regularly.

Gary

Welcome Dark Cyder, enjoy the ride.

AOL shut down Hometown so I had to find it a new home.

I'm happy with Lycos, I can use Filezilla for quick uploads and it's free.

It also supports PHP and MySQL so I'm looking to write a new search engine for the site in the near future. The current JavaScript one is rather large and sometimes refuses to load properly.

It's been a couple of years since I used PHP so I'm a little rusty. I do find PHP a very intuitive language to write tho'. Much more so than ASP which was a bit of a nightmare.

Hi Dark Cider,I don't know what you just said, but what I do know is that's an excellent site you have.

I remember looking at it a lot a while back, there's a mountain of information on it,I've spent many a long evening reading pages.

Keep up the good work.
