Questions to the Fans....

Featured Replies

Eh.......NO. Not the last two Doctors anyway, didn't see any of them. But my generation grew up with John Pertwee(Wurzel Gumage) for the younger readers and my personal favorite Tom Baker(the voice of Little Britain).

Ummm...Yeah I wouldn't mind watching the older Doctors...but you would definately like David Tennant as the Doctor he's good...

So you haven't seen Torchwood?

No, 'fraid not. Don't watch much Tv, although my favorite programe has just returned for a new series on BBC2

Fanfics, read any of them, i've never even heard of them.

Well i have in mind to connect my favorite games... such as...

Final Fantasy X and X-2 as well as Final Fantasy XII

Xenosaga 1-3

Persona 3 and 4

Rogue Galaxy

Kingdom Hearts 1-2

Eternal Sonata

Maybe a few others...Its basically about saving the Universe technically speaking...

Don't like Who or Torchwood, never got into it but two series you should definitely catch are Sapphire and Steele from late 70s and also Blakes 7 from same era, showing my age now.

Classic TV ,there all available on DVD,check them out,you wont regret it if your into Sci-fi

I've watched Doctor Who regularly since the early 70s and I'm a particular fan of the Pertwee/Tom Baker era.

I've really enjoyed the latest revival and have missed having a full season this year. Roll on Xmas for some more.

I've been less impressed with Torchwood but it has had its moments.

Primeval was also pretty good. It's a shame that it's been cancelled.

I vaguely remember Sapphire and Steel and I loved Blakes Seven. I've recently rewatched the entire run of B7. Some of it still stands up quite well.

Other old sf favourites that haven't been mentioned by anyone else: Lost in Space, Star Trek, The Tomorrow People, Babylon 5, Farscape, Firefly, Battlestar Galactica (new version) and Lexx.

Everyone - I love the fact that this topic is getting people posting, but it needed to be moved to the appropriate forum - Settlement. It really didn't belong in the Welcome forum since it is sort of off-topic. Not that that is a problem - but it needs to be in the right place and you sort of need to be Elite to talk about non-Lumley stuff here. :)

I try to be as lenient as I can be, but this one went over the barrier a bit. Please continue in here or ask me if you have any questions about Elite membership if you are still a Basic Lumlian. Thanks guys.

Guys I really recommend you become Elite, it's really cheap - you won't even notice the money being gone - and it goes towards the running of the site.

Certainly thr best $10 i ever spent. Come to think of it it's the only Dollars i've ever spent LOL.
