Featured Replies

man..im sorry but your link is broken...

I was begining to wonder how much he may have baised stuff on actual happenings...I was very suprised to Keenan Gormley was a very real person 9 though i dont think he was ever a part of any E-branch...Gustov is also a real person I was suprised..

This was something that came about after I had seen one of his interviews or his readings on You tube ( ironically since I have heard him read) when i read..its always hi voice doing the narratives in my head with the book..But i wonder how many characters has he/is he in his books

I know i never could put his face on any of the Keogh's/any Necroscope character( until Alec Kyle however breifly, as its explained keogh waers Alec and he physically begins to not resemble Kyle so much and doesnt exactly resemble Harry iether...However, Gormley being a real person at one point in time ( i always had the vision of Brian as that character) and later I am pretty sure he wrote himself in as Darcy, and now He is Trask

How many characters has he been in his own books?

You know i was kind of hoping to be able to edit some of that ( a few errors on my part..thats what i get for just eagerly posting with a preview..lol

well the idea ocurred to me when some one was telling Clive Barker wrote himself as one of his own characters..dont remeber what book it was , not a big barker fan, unless its been made a movie...but in that perticular book, he was also the first to die...

Go look at pics of Mr Lumley..and compare them to say descriptions given to his characters...( he fits Keanan Gormley even though Gormley is/was a real person) He fits clarke, now trask is older..he fits trask

its like when i mentioned i had tried to write my some of my own stuff..1 character i have down to a perfect T...he isnt me but i coud go on and on about him...but say other characters are based off varying things...moods of my own..like different aspects of my own personalities ( not schitsophrenic)

Im just using it as a comparison

Like the angry blood thirsty character could be based off my own road rage..that kind of thing

u know...i thought to search for a better version of the link above..i found one ( but its not really um worthy to re do here....)...

I found another link talking about something of an incedent..go to the site and its all in japanese

I know what you mean Tonka, there are lots of reports out there that say the Russians actually said it was nothing to do with them and they weren't actually testing any missiles at the time.

Apparently there was another spirally something very similar that appeared in the sky in Mexico a few years ago that no-one could explain.

Honestly...Its not Perchorsk...But an out of control missile ( or spinning missile) looks alot like that..if u have ever launched a rocket and watched a piece of its tail fall off it will do that...

but Lumleys Perchorsk happened in the 70's ( or whatever year its written about in book 3) and on/inside the ground..thats what i was looking at first. I said thats in the sky..Then it hit me this is that thing that every one has seen over russia ( not to mention the odd. cloud ring)

and things make you wonder...what are they doing?

anyhooo....
