Depends on what you want to use them for. Certain areas of the board won't let you use them unless you are Elite, but if you have pics you want to attach to posts if they pertain to the topic, feel free. If you have trouble with it, chances are the board settings are what will be restricting you.

Actually i was talkin about borrowing the pictures from the art gallery...i was seeing if it was ok if i borrowed them so i could use them elsewhere

Ahhh - gotcha. Sorry. Depends on where you want to use them. If it for a personal collage on your desktop, or to print them out and hang them on a wall in your house, then no problems. If you are going to reproduce them in print or digital for another site or for resale, that is where you run into a no-no. As always, best way to do it is ask the artist directly if you can regarding what you want to do with them.
